Use this 207-208.app file to update your CaseMgrDATA folder to v.2.0.8. Assuming your data folder is already at v.2.0.7, this is the first step to updating to v.2.0.9. The next step is to use the updaters provided with the 208-209 update. To determine which version is currently installed, run De Novo CaseMgr and go to the Help Menu. Choose "About De Novo CaseMgr". Versions 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2 and 2.0.3 will be identified by that number. If you are using v.2.0.4 or later, the window will say something like "v. 2.0.40/2.0.4" or "v.2.0.50/2.0.5". The first number is the version of your local De Novo CaseMgr.exe file, the second, the version of the CaseMgrDATA folder. They should be the SAME version. If you are not currently using v.2.0.8 of the data folder, use one of the other updaters to update your data folder to v.2.0.8, and then use the 2.0.8-2.0.9 updater to update both the data and program to v.2.0.9 HOW TO UPDATE: The update .app files are used in succession to update the data folder. If you're already running v.2.0.8, you only need one update .app; the one provided with the 208-209 update. If your version of CaseMgr is an earlier one, you will run several update .app files from the Administration Menu's Update CaseMgr... option. The updater.app files, used to update the CaseMgrDATA folder, may be run from any copy of De Novo CaseMgr currently linked to the shared CaseMgrDATA folder. The user must be logged into CaseMgr as a Supervisor or Administration-level user, so the Administration Menu is accessible. This update process is done just once, from any station. The shared data folder is updated, and all workstations will be sharing the updated data folder. To run the updaters, choose "Update CaseMgr..." from the Administration menu and use the "Select Updater" dialog to choose the appropriate updater .app file. They should be used in succession, beginning with the earliest. After selecting the updater, it's necessary to quit CaseMgr before using the next required updater. This update needs to be done only one time. There is no need to run the updates from multiple copies of CaseMgr. If you have multiple stations, however, all stations will need the new De Novo CaseMgr.exe file provided by the 208-209 updater.
